“ My go to spot when flying out of N terminal. Service is always speedy and friendly. My favorite is the fried chicken kale Caesar salad they use chicken thighs and its always super tender and juicy. I dont go anywhere else, cause theres no need. ”
“ Ive been to Skillet many times over the years. Their breakfast is great but the Fried Chicken Sammy is second to none. The jalapeno aioli has just enough kick to make you notice it but people that generally dont enjoy spicy food wont find it unpleasant or overly spicy. The breading on the chicken is perfectly crispy, the bun was fresh and toasted to perfection. Add a fried egg to enjoy a brunch style friend chicken sammy or to take it up a notch. Service was friendly, they are always busy so it way not be the fastest. Atmosphere is fine for an airport. Variety of seating options is a pro. Their old Ballard location now closed had a great atmosphere and this location tries to mimic that same aesthetic with a lot of wood and metal decor. I would recommend this restaurant, especially if you like fried chicken. Only con is that the cost of a meal is relatively high. This is true of most places in Seattle, but this place is worth a little bit of a splurge because the food speaks for itself. ”
“ Really cute spot, and very kind prompt service. I had a DELICIOUS blackened salmon salad, and the salmon was cooked perfect. The ingredients were super high quality. Probably one of my better or best airport meals. The fried chicken sandwiches other ordered looked really delicious too. They were fast. Recommend if youre in the N gates area. ”
“ Delightful surprise!!! This place has been working on stepping things up, despite multiple unsatisfactory reviews. This was my experience I was greeted right away with cheerful service, seated at a private table with view, my server was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to make recommendations. I decided on the chilaquiles and decided to add chicken and get a side of the breakfast potatoes because they looked too good to pass up, food came out in about 10 min, a breakfast cocktail around the same time! I am happy to recommend this place to friends and Id be happy to come back again! ”
“ Its a busy and hectic airport however getting a couple tables at Skillet for our large group worked out nicely. The server was super friendly, extremely helpful and the food quite yummy!!! Very impressed. Being in the airport I expected less but certainly got more! A little pricey but expected that. We all walked away from the table full and ready for the next leg of our journey. ”
“ I was determined to find a source of fiber and a beer during our layover at SeaTac and Skillet nailed it. They also have a kids menu! I had the Cobb Salad and my kiddo had the chicken and fries. The salad was AMAZING although the chicken was a tad dry and I would have appreciated more blue cheese. It was still a great version of a classic Cobb and I got all the fiber I was seeking. Cindy was an incredibly sweet server who made us feel cared for, she went above and beyond. She really put effort into helping me choose a local draft beer and checked on us multiple times during our meal. She is doing a fantastic job and we look forward to coming back on our next layover. Also really nice that the window bar seating had charging ports. ”
“ Not sure whats up with the low reviews the Chub was one of the best breakfast sandwiches Ive ever had. The eggs were yummy, the sauce is made inhouse, the jam deliciously paired with the Brie and the bacon, generous portions. The avocado wrap was legit as well, big, fresh. Awesome place even if it was not in an airport! 5 stars. ”
“ Very nice place. Staff was fast, and friendly and kind. Everything goes through an online scan code, thats where you order and pay but servers are able to take your order if you are having trouble. Drinks were very good and fries were tasty. Dont waste your time going to the other places. This is the best one in the N wing. ”
